Your are paying for Malloy’s Campaign!
August 20th, 2010
Democrats in Hartford conducted a fundraiser last week. Looks like the Democrats raked in $6M dollars for their cause. The problem is the $6M is borrowed money the state does not have. The Democratically lead legislature overrides Gov. Rell’s veto. Dan Malloy, a Democrat and the only remaining publicly financed candidate for governor, would be the sole beneficiary of overriding this bill, doubling the gubernatorial general-election grant to $6 million.
It is time that everyone in Connecticut wakes up and pays attention to what is going on in Hartford. Every time you see a Dan Malloy ad from now until November just remember that you are paying for Dan Malloy’s campaign for Governor. This is money Connecticut does not have and adds to our deficit. There is absolutely, positively no reason that anyone should elect or re-elect a Democrat in Hartford (or Washington; more on that later) this November.
There is no defending what the modern day “Progressive” Democrat is doing to our state.
