BE HEARD ON HEALTHCARE
UPDATED:
VENUE CHANGE: VETERANS PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
TIME CHANGE: 12PM TO 2PM
CONGRESSMAN HIMES IS NOW ATTENDING
Currently, our federal representatives in Washington are hearing from constituents across the country at Town Hall meetings; and perhaps no issue is getting more attention and spurring more debate than healthcare. As such, The Ridgefield Republican Town Committee is pleased to join the fray and offer our own forum for friends and neighbors to attend, listen, learn, and speak their mind.
On Saturday, August 29th, from 12PM TO 2PM AT VETERANS PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AUDITORIUM, the Ridgefield RTC is hosting “Forum on Healthcare: Its Problems and Solutions”. We are proud to have convened a stellar list of panelists which includes:
Congressman Jim Himes, CT-04
President of the Fairfield County Medical Association, Dr. Claudia Gruss
State Senator Toni Boucher (representing Ridgefield and the 26th District)
State Senator Dan Debicella – Ranking Republican on CTY Public Health Committee–(representing Shelton and the 21st District)
The United States healthcare system is vital to the well-being and productivity of our economy and, of course, to the most precious of American resources– our citizens. Please come and join the debate on Saturday so we may encourage solutions that will make us a healthier, stronger and more vibrant nation.
James Carroll
CHAIRMAN, RIDGEFIELD REPUBLICAN TOWN COMMITTEE
